可樂除左可以飲完嗝出黎令人好鋸之外,用佢黎入饌一樣令全家都咁鋸!之前試過跟唔同網上食譜整可樂雞翼,整完出黎硬黎爭少少野咁,今次就用另一個方法,成功整到濃郁可樂味道既可樂雞翼!
It’s always satisfying to burp after drinking a can of coke. Do you know that eating food made with coke is also satisfying? We tried to make Coca-Cola Chicken Wings following online recipes before but it’s usually not the flavour we wanted. For this time, we used a different way to make that and the dish was amazing!
可樂雞翼 Coca-Cola Chicken Wings

今次既煮法著重將可樂味道帶出,同時亦透過減少雞翼烹煮時間令佢保持嫩滑
We focused on bringing out the flavour of coke at the same time keeping the tenderness of chicken wings by reducing the cooking duration

依個係之前整既版本,好明顯見到色水有分別,可樂味亦較輕淡,都係濃厚版本好味
This was the version we made before. It’s quite different with the version this time. The flavour of coke was not as strong for the last version.

急凍雞翼拎出黎先浸水解凍
We first defrost the chicken wings by immersing in water

準備汁料,適量薑蒜拍鬆,加入可樂300ml、生抽3湯匙同少少紹酒同老抽。
然後就可以放雞翼,開中細火,煮至微滾,熄火。
Prepare the sauce by adding some ginger slices and garlic cloves, 300ml of coke, 3 tbsp of light soy sauce and a handful of Shaoxine wine and dark soy sauce.
Then add chicken wings and cook on low-medium heat until it’s slightly boiled. Turn off stove.

熄火後冚蓋焗15分鐘。再重覆開中細火煮至微滾,冚蓋焗多15分鐘。檢查雞翼煮熟未,用筷子篤一篤雞翼,輕易穿透既話即係已經煮熟。未熟就重覆煮多一次。
用依個方法可以避免雞翼過份受熱導至肉質變韌,食起上黎會更嫩滑。
Then we cover the lid and let it rest for 15 mins. Repeat the cooking and resting process one more time. Check if the chicken wings are done or not by stabbing a chopstick through the flesh. If it can be easily stabbed through, it’s done already. If not done, repeat the cooking.
Using this method can prevent the chicken wings from overcooked. The meat can then be kept tender and succulent.

臨上碟前,將部份醬汁倒出,中火燒至濃稠,燒到咁上下質感都未夠稠,可以倒入生粉水
Before serving, we pour some of the sauce into a pan. Boil it on medium heat to thicken the sauce. If it doesn’t turn thick after some time, we can also add some cornstarch solution to help

將濃濃醬汁倒係面就完成了!
Pour the sauce on top of the wings. Done!
