蒸魚方法有好多種,最家常既方法相信一定係清蒸魚,我地好似除左無水蒸魚 (好好食,極推介) 就無分享過其他蒸魚食譜,趁今次試用Monacook陶瓷不沾鍋整左條清蒸馬友,同大家都分享下我地做清蒸魚既方法!

There are multiple ways to steam a fish and the simplest way is to “plain steam” a fish. Apart from Waterless Steamed Fish (highly recommended) we didn’t share other steamed fish recipe. This time we plain steamed a Threadfin with our Monacook ceramic cookset and we think it’s a good chance for us to share the way we make steamed fish!

馬友煮法極多,無論係整咸魚或製作咸鮮,或者切件香煎都好好食,清蒸馬友當然都係適合既煮法,而由於佢油香豐富,就算係簡單咁清蒸都非常好味,我地極力推介

There are various ways to cook a Threadfin. Given it’s rich flavour and aromatic fish oil, it’s suitable for pan-searing and making preserved fish. Of course steaming it is also a suitable cooking method and it’s very delicious!

啖啖肉,而且食落滿口魚油香味

A mouthful of fish meat with aromatic fish oil flavour!

材料就係一條馬友同蔥

We call it “plain steaming” because the ingredients are so simple – only the fish and some scallions

我地買左條魚返黎唔係即日食,所以之前將佢包左保鮮紙放入冰格,食之前一晚再放返落雪櫃解凍

We didn’t cook the fish right away so we wrapped it with food wrap and put it into the freezer and unfroze it by putting it in the refrigerator the night before

洗洗佢,要徹底去除魚肚內既血去清除腥味

Wash the fish thoroughly and make sure the tissues with blood were all taken out to get rid of the bad fishy smell

將魚鋪係幾條蔥上面再切少少蔥絲就準備完成

Place some scallion on the pan and the fish on top. Get ready some scallion slices

插入手柄,放入蒸爐,110度蒸佢10分鐘(唔洗預熱),完成後再由佢焗2分鐘就得

Insert the handle and put the pan into the steamer. Steam it at 110°C for 10mins (no preheat is needed). After that let it rest inside the steamer for 2 mins

邊蒸魚邊蒸水蛋,輕鬆完成一個晚餐

Steam the fish and steam the eggs simultaneously. Very convenient

蒸魚去到尾聲時燒d滾油
我地用既依個蒸pan係Vermicular琺瑯鑄鐵平底鍋20cm,平時用黎煮下細份量既食物超好用

Prepare some boiling hot oil
We are using the Vermicular Enamelled Cast Iron Frying Pan 20cm. It’s an ideal frying pan for making small portion food

蒸完魚喇

Take out the fish

倒左d魚汁

Pour away the juice

鋪上蔥絲,灒上滾油

Place the scallion slices on top and pour boiling oil onto it

加埋蒸魚豉油就可以上碟!

Add some soy sauce for fish and it’s ready to serve!
