我地兩個都對韓國野情有獨鍾,不過講起煮韓國菜就一d都唔拿手,韓國既食物好多都睇上去好簡單易整,但背後既調味同備料都唔係咁簡單,最困難係係香港要買齊料唔係咁容易。今次想食泡菜豆腐鍋但就乜韓國調味料都買唔到,自由發揮情況下,又幾好食喎!

We both love things related to Korean but speaking of making Korean food it’s always a headache for us. Korean food usually looks like it’s easy to make but the marination and ingredients preparation are not as simple. Buying all the required ingredients for authentic Korean taste is the most difficult part we found here in Hong Kong. We managed to buy none of the required Korean seasoning for the stew so we used our own way to make it. Under freestyle cooking, the Hong Kong version of the stew was actually tasty

材料:
京蔥半條切小段
蒜頭4瓣切粒
泡菜約半碗
腩肉約4兩切薄片
豆腐1盒
雞蛋1隻
水約500ml
濃湯寶(魚)1粒
麻油半茶匙
辣椒粉1湯匙(係雜貨店買,基本上無乜辣味,同韓國辣椒粉差唔多)
*如食辣,可加入韓國辣醬

Ingredients:
Leek half a piece, sliced
Garlic 4 cloves, chopped
Kimchi half a bowl
Pork belly ard 150g, sliced
Tofu 1 box
An egg
water ard 500ml
Dense soup treasure (fish)
Sesame oil half a tsp
Chilli powder 1 tbsp (bought from a Chinese grocery store. It’s not as spicy as it looks like)
*If you love spicy food, you may add some Korean hot pepper paste)

爆香蒜蓉
Heat some oil and then saute the garlic

加入腩肉片炒至8成熟
Add pork belly, saute until it’s medium done

加入辣椒粉炒勻
Add chilli powder and stir until the pork is evenly colored

落泡菜略炒
Kimchi in. Stir-fry gently

加入水、麻油、濃湯寶同一半嘅京蔥煮15分鐘
唔同牌子嘅泡菜濃淡不一,建議先落半粒濃湯寶,試完味再落餘下半粒,以免太咸
如食辣可加入適量韓國辣醬

Add water, sesame oil, dense soup treasure and half the portion of the leek. Boil for 15 minutes
As the flavour of kimchi differs between brands, it’s suggested to add half the dense soup treasure first and then have a taste. Add the remaining portion if appropriate
If you like it spicy, Korean hot pepper paste can be added now

Add tofu and cook for another 5 minutes

打一隻蛋係面唔好再攪佢,轉小火煮多陣
Without stirring, add an egg. Switch to low heat and cook for awhile more

等蛋白熟後灑上餘下嘅京蔥粒完成
When the egg white is no longer runny, spread the remaining sliced leek. Done!
