簡易雲吞雞鍋 Wonton Chicken Soup

用左街市買既現成雲吞,係屋企整雲吞雞其實相當簡單,天氣轉涼又一好菜色,今次我地分享既係簡易雲吞雞,煮起上黎更加容易方便!

Using instant wonton bought from wet market makes this soup very easy to prepare. Try this when weather turns cooler!

神奇組合 無水蒸腐乳雞翼 Magical Combo Waterless Steamed Chicken Wings with Fermented Bean Curd

無閒情逸致包雲吞,買左現成既,好味又方便

This time we had no mood to wrap our own wontons so we just bought them from wet market. It’s very yummy

簡易雲吞雞主要材料有雞半隻、雲吞、小棠菜半斤同無糖豆漿

Main ingredients include half a chicken, wontons, 300g of Shanghai white and sugar-free soy milk

先放雞入凍水煲至水滾,然後拎隻雞出黎沖一沖水洗淨

First step is to heat the chicken in a pot of cold water. When boiled, take the chicken out and rinse it

開始煮雞,落雞湯同水(比例1:1)至蓋過雞

Start to cook the chicken. Pour chicken broth and water ( in 1:1 ratio) until the chicken is covered

落d金華火腿,冚蓋,中火煲滾轉細火半個鐘,再熄火焗半鐘

Add some Jinhua ham into the pot. Cover the lid, cook it in medium heat until boil. Then switch to low heat for half an hour. Flameout, simmer for another half an hour

另一邊廂,分別淥起雲吞同小棠菜

分開淥可以令雲吞既鹼水味同菜青味唔會去到個湯度

On the other hand, boil the wontons and the Shanghai white in another pot

Boil them separately can prevent unpleasant soda water/ astringent flavour from mixing with the soup

雞煮好後,落豆漿至湯變成奶白色(我落左100ml),再放返d菜

When the chicken is done, add soy milk to give the soup milky color (we added 100ml). Then put in the cooked vegetable

放埋d雲吞,用鹽調味,簡易雲吞雞就搞掂!
Put in the wontons, taste and add salt if needed. Done!
