蒜蓉豆豉蒸排骨 Steamed Pork Ribs with Garlic & Fermented Black Beans
This is a classic home-cooked dish that almost every Hong Kong person who has cooked has made. This time, we will share with you our quick and easy method for making this dish at home!
材料有豆豉 3茶匙 (用湯匙壓碎)，蒜蓉 2茶匙，指天椒 1隻(切粒)
Ingredients include pork ribs 300g
Also fermented black beans 3tsp (mashed with tablespoon), garlic 2tsp, chilli pepper 1pc(sliced)
Immerse pork ribs in water for 15mins and wash it thoroughly to remove the stinky flavour of blood
Whip dry the pork ribs and mix with 1tbsp of cornstarch to marinate for 15mins to tenderize the meat
準備醃料：生抽 2茶匙、蠔油 2茶匙、糖 1/2茶匙、胡椒粉 1/2茶匙、紹酒 2茶匙、麻油 1/2茶匙、油 1茶匙
Prepare the marinade: light soy sauce 2tsp, oyster sauce 2tsp, sugar 1/2tsp, pepper 1/2tsp, Shaoxine wine 1tsp, sesame oil 1/2tsp, veggie oil 1tsp
Mix well with the marinade and rest for 15mins.
Spread the pork ribs on a plate evenly
Steam on high heat for 8-10mins.
