金菇肥牛卷又係好簡單嘅新手菜式,最花時間同最難係捲個一part。唔好貪心包咁多金菇,預一啖可以食哂成舊嘅大細就ok,同埋煎個時小心d唔好整散佢!

Enoki Beef Roll is another very easy dish for kitchen beginners. The only hard part (and that’s not really hard) is to roll the enoki. Don’t roll too much enoki in one roll. Just make it good for 1 bite will do. Also, be careful not to loosen the roll during frying

材料:
金菇半包
肥牛半磅
日式牛肉燒汁

貪方便係超市買一盒嘅肥牛,解凍後打開發現佢每塊得手指咁粗,嬲左。下次都係係街市買散裝嘅算。

Ingredients:
half a pack of enoki mushroom
0.5 pound of beef slices
Teriyaki sauce

For convenience we bought the beef slices from supermarket but after unfreezing, it turned out that they are very very thin. Quite pissed off by that but it still worked lol

3步極簡單 自煮吉野牛肉飯 Super Easy Yoshinoya Beef Bowl in 3 Steps

捲起金菇肥牛卷,要訣係唔好包過量既金菇
Make the roll. Note that the enoki has to be in portion for 1 bite

煎2-3分鐘至七成熟,拎出黎備用
Saute for 2-3 mins until it’s medium done. Take them out

燒汁煮熱後加入金菇肥牛卷煮多2分鐘,熄火加蓋,焗多2分鐘確保金菇熟透。
如果有金菇淨低,我會用d燒汁煮埋佢用黎鋪底。

Heat the Teriyaki sauce to boil and then add back the enoki roll. Cook for 2 mins and then switch off fire, close the lid. Let it rest for 2 mins
If there is enoki left, we would also cooked them in the Teriyaki sauce and then put them in the bottom.
