We always fantasied that one day we can have a grille meal in our flat and we did it! We bought a meat set from a BBQ restaurant and also some seafood and vegetables from wet market.It’s healing to hear the sizzling sound while grilling the food.
Would grilling food at home makes the place greasy everywhere? Not really the case. On one hand we didn’t apply too much oil during grilling and on the other hand we widely opened the balcony door and switch on air purifier. The odour went away fairly quickly.
We also like the ceramic grilling plate which is very easy to clean and food is not sticky on the plate even if no oil is applied.
