酒樓風味炒菜心技巧全分享
去親酒樓或者大排檔食飯叫返個菜總係例牌動作，雖然每次都總會有人話「清炒菜心係屋企都整到啦洗乜幾十蚊出黎食」，但出街食既炒菜總係同屋企有少少唔同，屋企好似硬係炒唔出個種風味。
諗真d，其實每個家庭炒菜方法都唔同，落鹽定落豉油？幾時落？洗唔洗落糖？係咪要加水加雞湯？大家都有唔同做法，今次我地就分享我地嘗試左無數次，終於煮到有酒樓風味版本既炒菜心技巧！

簡易0失敗鹽焗魚魚味香濃又多汁

肯德基蘑菇飯煮出高級餐廳風味？
話說有次儲左一排錢，約埋朋友專登去左間米芝蓮3星中菜餐廳試一試貴價中菜既滋味，一路食一路都覺得平平無奇，有少少焦急咁期待之後既餸菜會唔會先係戲肉。直到終於食鮑魚，係幾好食，不過用佢個鮑魚汁撈飯既風味竟然令人聯想起一種熟悉既味道…諗下諗下…
原來陣味好似KFC蘑菇飯。
可能味蕾比較草根，個餐飯除左唔知點解食得咁貴，仲因為個鮑魚撈飯令自己聯想起KFC蘑菇飯而感到有少少困擾，不過就引起左自己對煮蘑菇飯既興趣。
細細個最鍾意去哈迪斯食蘑菇飯同埋西部牛仔飯，自佢執左笠後就改左去KFC食。快餐店蘑菇飯係唔知點解咁特別地美味，每次去到KFC就算唔食炸雞，都一定要食返碗蘑菇飯(同埋葡撻)，一齊睇睇堪比鮑魚撈飯一樣咁好食既蘑菇飯係點整！

KFC Mushroom Rice
There was a time when we saved money for a period of time and deliberately went to a Michelin 3-Star Chinese restaurant with friends for experiencing how a high end Chinese meal is like. Surprisingly we were not surprised by the food, until the braised abalone was served. The flavour of the abalone sauce with rice reminded us of something familiar…
It’s the KFC Mushroom rice.
Maybe our taste buds were too grass-rooted, not only did we puzzled about the bill of that meal (why that could be that expensive), we were also confused about the association of the abalone rice with KFC mushroom rice. Anyway, that triggered our interest in making the mushroom rice.
When I was young I liked going to Hardee’s for its Mushroom Rice and Cattle Rancher’s Rice. Since all Hardee’s were closed in Hong Kong we started to go for KFC. It’s always a pleasure to have mushroom rice at a fast food restaurant. Let’s see how we made the KFC Mushroom Rice inspired by the abalone rice!
