General Delivery Arrangement
Couple Overcooked’s Shop runs by having authorized distributor of each product to send their products directly. As different products may have different suppliers, delivery may be more than 1 time if an order includes products from different brands
Delivery Date
- Customers will be contacted for delivery arrangement within 3-5 working days upon completion of transaction.

- Listed on individual product pages
Delivery Service
- All locations within HK, except outlying islands
- Additional fee of HK$120 will be charged for Discovery Bay & Ma Wan delivery
- 5.5 ton vehicle is not allowed to enter below district or road, additional fee will be charged.
- HK Island: Deep Water Bay Road, Shouson Hill Rd East & West, , Mount Austin Rd, Magazine Gap, Bowen Road, Lugard Road, Borrett Road, Village Terrace, Kai Yuen Street, Mount Kellett Rd #48, Tung Shan Terrace
- Kowloon: Shatin Pass Road
- New Territories: Keng Hang Road, Seasons Monarch
- Additional charge applies if additional efforts are required to perform the delivery service (include but not limit to climbing stairs, lifting the appliance, carrying by trolley etc.).
- In the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning / Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, the delivery service will be suspended and rescheduled. Couple Overcooked shall not be liable for any delay, suspension or rescheduling due to traffic or adverse weather conditions or other factors.

Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us via Whatsapp at 9451 5072 with details of the product and the defect.
